Each Hikaya Haus garment is crafted specifically for you based on the size and length selected at checkout. For this reason, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing, fit preference, or change of mind.

That said, we stand behind our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will gladly resolve the issue.
