Cancellation policy

All Hikaya Haus pieces are produced in limited quantities and, in many cases, made to order.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production or packaging has not yet begun.

Preorder items may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. After this window, preorder purchases are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Once an order has entered production, or once the applicable cancellation window has passed, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
